Divorce Financial and Lifestyle Analysis
Untangle Your Finances
Take it from someone who knows first hand, divorce can be a messy stressful time.
That's why I created a detailed system called Untangle Your Finances and designed it specifically for women, like you, going through divorce. With my system, you receive custom tools to help you get organized with all things divorce. You will learn so many tips that will save you time and money in your divorce. I will guide you through the steps that are commonly overlooked and help you avoid mistakes. All of this will help you feel more confident as you agree to the final numbers.
Feeling Overwhelmed
Sometimes, proving income and assets is not always straightforward. In these cases, in-depth lifestyle analysis of income and expenses can confirm or refute a spouse’s income claims, uncover hidden assets, or clarify other financial issues. Furthermore, these topics could be confusing for attorneys and judges who often lack an accounting or finance background. This service can be combined with the Untangle system and is ideal for high net-worth divorce, depending on your case complexity.

The Untangle Your Finances Process
Step 1
Getting you organized and preparing for your divorce.
While helping you get clear on your priorities and goals, I will prepare your statements and work with your attorney to provide them with your court required documents in PDF format, saving you time and money through secured communication.
Step 2
Tips to Consider & Avoiding Mistakes, Reviewing Options & Strategies.
I will collaboratively work with your attorney to brainstorm distinctive strategies inspired by your unique goals and priorities. Some assets are better divided than others based on what you plan to use them for. And often there are tax-related strategies when dividing assets that are forgotten. I’ll bring awareness and understanding to these unique strategies. I will also carefully review your budget for accuracy, so you and your attorney are working with correct and realistic data when comparing settlement options.
Step 3
Review your Draft Divorce Papers.
Step 4
Untangle to move forward.
I will provide your attorney with your customized Untangled Executive Brief outline to clarify what steps he/she will handle vs. me vs. you. Frequently important next steps get lost in the lengthy divorce decree. Your executive program helps ensure everyone is on the same page and clear on what the next steps will be. Post-divorce – Months or years in the future, I may need to clarify with your attorney financial matters that come up. My continual relationship with you and your attorney may be very valuable for these future issues that can surface.
